We call upon you who made heaven and earth.

I exorcise you, unclean spirit, by the word of God who made heaven and earth.

Fear the light held back as a garment.

The only one possessing immortality and unapproachable light.

To whom glory and power belong into the ages.

Fragmenta precationis et exorcismi Ἐπικαλούμεθά σε, Θεὲ παντοκράτορ Κύριε Ἰησοῦ Χριστὲ οὐράνιε βασιλεῦ· ἐπικαλούμεθά σε τὸν ποιήσαντα τὸν οὐρανὸν καὶ τὴν γῆν.
